Fire Risk Assessment

Part 3 of The Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 and The Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 came into effect on 15 November 2010.

Under the new legislation, workplaces will no longer need a fire certificate, but must have a "suitable and sufficent" risk assessment in place that includes all matters relating to fire safety. Employers have a legal duty under the current legislation to carry out a fire risk assessment and report the findings to thier employees.

Our Fire Risk Assessments are designed to meet the specific requirements of your premises and will meet all the requirements of the new Fire Safety Regulations. All of our assessments are carried out by fully qualified surveyors holding NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificates.

To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service for their organisation, we offer our clients two levels of fire risk consultancy.
